Our mission is to defeat this fraud with a secure payments platform that reduces anxiety and hassle associated with today's headaches around firms making capital calls and distributions to their limited partners.

We are a rapidly growing startup contributing to Austin’s innovative fintech scene and are currently looking to add a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to our team. You have the potential to significantly influence the future of 6lock.

Position Summary:

As a customer success specialist, this role ensures customer satisfaction and encourages adoption, maximizing the value that customers get from our software. The ideal customer success hire would build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance and support throughout their journey. They will work closely with sales, product, and support teams to address customer concerns, provide training or onboarding assistance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The ultimate goal of this customer success role is to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with 6lock and drive long-term success for both the customer and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Adoption: The core focus of our customer success role is to help customers get started with 6lock by providing guidance and support during the onboarding process. The role ensures that customers understand how to use the product effectively and encourages adoption to maximize its value.

Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers is a key aspect of this customer success role. In this role, you would actively engage with customers, understand their needs and goals, and establish trust and rapport. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized assistance.

Customer Engagement: Customer success specialists focus on proactive customer engagement to understand their current challenges and objectives. They conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and offer solutions or recommendations to enhance the customer's experience and achieve their desired outcomes.

Customer Support: Assisting customers with any issues or problems they encounter is another important aspect of this customer success role. The customer success specialist will work closely with the support team to resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to expand the customer's usage of our products is a key responsibility of the customer success specialist. They analyze customer usage data, identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Customer Advocacy: The ideal hire would act as an advocate for the customers within the company. They gather customer feedback, share insights with the product team for product improvement, and represent the customer's voice in strategic discussions. Overall, the customer success role revolves around ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention and loyalty, and helping customers achieve their goals and desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
● Proven experience or job history (2-3 years) working with b2b, saas, finance, fintech, or platform-based companies
● Able to guide customers step-by-step through various tasks with ease and clarity
● Skilled in transforming challenging situations into enjoyable and engaging experiences for our customers
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Is professional, detail-oriented, and organized
Proof of passion and self learning exhibited in previous roles
Values great and effective communication
Fintech or banking software background is a plus but not a requirement
Located in the Austin, TX area or willing to relocate
